Crystal - 2022 Croatina Nat Fizz (Lombardi) - A Naturally Fizzy style of sparkling wine (unlike Champagne, Prosecco, Cava and Crémant) which undergoes the first and only fermentation in the bottle. No added anything. No sulphur, no yeast, no fining, no filtration, no nothing. Just grapes. Fruity, dry, wild strawberry and a touch of raspberry.

Kyra - 2022 Sauvignon Blanc (Bordeaux) A clean, crisp wine with a lovely texture and freshness, tropical notes with passion fruit and melon. The grapes were 100% whole bunch pressed and the juice transferred to stainless steel. We then inoculated the juice with 2 yeast strains, one New-World, one Old World. Post fermentation the wine is kept on lees in tank and given very light batonnage. Kyra is then filtered. No malolactic on this wine

Alf - 2019 Castelão (Lagos) - So we've turned up the funk on this wine. More 'natural' on the nose compared to most of our wines. Grown on very old vines and farmed organically in Lagos, southern Portugal. This is a whole bunch & hand destemmed, wild ferment, unfiltered red that was aged in neutral old French oak barrels for 10 months, then left to bottle age for 12 months. He's full of blackcurrant with a natural overtone leading to leather, spice and dates. A slightly divisive wine, loved by many, challenging to some. Which sounds like a Renegade to us!
