A clean and crisp style of wine with tropical notes, passion fruit, melon and a lovely acidity. Not a funkster, nor divisive. A real people pleaser!
The grapes were 100% whole bunch pressed and the juice transferred to stainless steel tanks. We inoculated the juice with 2 yeast strains: 1 old world and 1 new world. After fermentation the wine was filtered and aged in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
