'Katie' 2020 Grauburgunder (Pinot Grigio)

Grapes grown in Pfalz, Germany.

Hand harvested then shipped by Renegade in refrigerated trucks at 2˚C direct to the London winery.

Wine fully made in London, UK.

• The grapes were whole bunch pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks. It was fermented with an aromatic yeast strain to bring out the fruity flavours. 5% of skin contact juice was added during the fermentation. It was aged in stainless steel before being bottled unflitered and unfined.

• Tropical and salty with almond and pear aromas.

• This wine, like all our wines, is vegan friendly. They are made without the use of animal based winemaking products.
