Grapes from Herefordshire, UK.
Wine made in London
A unique blanc de noir made from a rare planting of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the UK. The fruit was pressed as soon as possible in order to keep the skins away from the juice, keeping the colour as clear as possible. To keep things fresh and vibrant the wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tank.
Blackcurrent leaf on the nose. On the palette lots of white peach and sherbet. Invigorating and thought provoking, just the way we like it.
