We’re looking for a few brilliant people to join the team at Renegade Urban Winery in Walthamstow.
This is where we make our wines, serve great food and drinks, host events and welcome people into one of London’s most unusual working wineries.
We’re looking for positive, enthusiastic and genuinely lovely people who enjoy hospitality, like talking to customers and want to be part of a small, energetic team.
The job
Looking after our customers and delivering brilliant service
Waiting tables and serving food
Pouring and talking about Renegade wines
Helping with the bar and day-to-day running of the winery
Supporting events, parties, weddings and tastings
Learning about our wines and sharing the Renegade story
You don’t need to be a wine expert — enthusiasm, personality and a willingness to learn matter more.
Hours: Primarily Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, with additional shifts available.
Pay: London Living Wage + Variable Tronc
Location: Renegade Urban Winery, Walthamstow E17

The Renegade Creative Commission
Paid Creative Commission – London
We're looking for a creative partner to help shape Renegade's next chapter - brand identity, packaging, photography, the whole picture. Open to anyone with curiosity, originality and taste, from established studios to people still at university.
Shortlisted applicants (3–5) receive £500 to develop a creative direction. The appointed creative partner is offered a paid commission of around £5,000 for the full identity.
