This June the London Urban Winery Collective hosts an English Wine Week celebration unlike anything the capital has seen before.

Set inside Vagabond Urban Winery, the festival will bring together the city’s most exciting wineries for a day of wine revelry, food, and music, headlined by an exclusive DJ set from DJ Yoda from 6-8pm.

The event will feature Vagabond Urban Winery, London Cru, Blackbook Winery, and Renegade Urban Winery, creating a mini festival dedicated to the new wave of English wine being made across the capital. Forget stuffy tastings and white tablecloths, we’re throwing a party with barrel loads of wine.

Tickets are priced at £45 and include entry to the event, two glasses of wine and access to the DJ Yoda headline set alongside supporting DJ acts.

Once viewed almost exclusively through the lens of traditional sparkling wine, English wine is now undergoing a creative evolution, with London’s urban wineries helping redefine the category through small batch production, experimental styles, low intervention winemaking and immersive consumer experiences.

Across railway arches, industrial estates and converted warehouses, a new generation of producers is bringing winemaking directly into the city, creating spaces where people can drink wine surrounded by tanks, barrels and working cellars rather than formal tasting rooms.

The celebration forms part of English Wine Week and aligns with the wider “Create New Traditions” campaign led by Wines of Great Britain, encouraging consumers to discover and embrace English wine in more everyday, social and contemporary settings.
