• Only 800 Bottles Ever Produced. First vintage English sparkling wine made in London.

• London Made Blanc de Noirs English Sparkling Wine.

• White sparkling wine made from two red grape varieties grown in England – Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

• Grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed manually using a 100 litre wooden basket press. Juice went straight into ex-Burgundy Chardonnay french oak barrels for primary fermentation. The wine was regularly hand stirred to increase contact with the lees and improve complexity.

• Wine underwent malolatic fermentation before being hand bottled to undergo secondary fermentation.

• Bottles underwent secondary fermentation and ageing in the crypt of Christ Church Spitalfields.
